SHIPPING

Products on BENNY DAM website is subject to availability.

Complimentary shipping is offered for orders over $200 USD in the United States.

For orders in the USA, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. 

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.  If you are outside of the US but absolutely interested in buying something, please reach out to info@bennydam.com and we might be able to accommodate special requests.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days and 4-5 during busier seasons. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation that includes your tracking number. Please visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to receive updates on your shipment.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS MODIFICATION

If you've entered an incorrect shipping address or want to make changes to the address for a particular order- you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.  Orders exceeding that timeline may be harder to adjust but if the package has not be dispatched, we will do our best to assist you.  Please reach out to info@bennydam.com to make that request. 

Unfortunately we cannot make any changes to orders that has already been shipped out.  BENNY DAM is not responsible for shipping to the wrong address based on what the customer had entered into the initial order.
