If you need to modify your order, it must be done within 24 hours of it being placed before it is fully processed and shipped out. Based on the nature of modification, we may accept or reject your request. Reach out to info@bennydam.com

For hygienic purposes, underwear may not be returned if the item is taken out of its packaging sleeve, the sleeve seal is torn or if the order has exceeded the undergarment return grace period date- which is 3 days after receiving the item.  Worn or opened underwear is absolutely not eligible for returns. 

Yes- you may only cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it if it has not been shipped out yet.

We currently do not accept exchanges.  If an item does not fit and you require a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size.

Please read the care instructions listed on every tag that each garment has. It is best practice to handle the maintenance of your clothing properly to ensure it lasts longer and holds up to peak performance.
