Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must reach out to request a return and be approved prior to shipping anything back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For hygienic purposes, underwear may not be returned if the item is taken out of its packaging sleeve, the sleeve seal is torn or if the order has exceeded the undergarment return grace period date- which is 3 days after receiving the item. Worn or opened underwear is absolutely not eligible for returns.
Convertible Coveralls style incurs a restocking fee of 8.5% from its original price shall a refund request for this item is accepted.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the shipping to send the item back to us. Your return acceptance email will include where to send the package to. You have 7 days after receiving the return acceptance email to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept exchanges. If an item does not fit and you require a different size, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items procured past the return date are not eligible for returns if damages or issues are not identified and reported before the 10 day period.
MISSING PACKAGES
Please check your surrounding area, neighbors, etc. to see if your package may have accidentally been delivered incorrectly elsewhere. If nothing shows up, please reach out to the shipping carrier. BENNY DAM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FINAL SALES
All items marked final sales are accepted as is when making the purchase and cannot be returned once it has been shipped out.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@bennydam.com.
For any reason shall we deem the refund unaccepted due to user mistreatment or mishandling of the goods that creates damages not related to manufacturer's defects, Benny Dam reserves the right to reject the refund request or take the item back with a 20% chargeback fee.
